Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) is an advanced course focused on children. It offers a comprehensive approach to pediatric assessment basic life support first aid and team dynamics to improve the quality of care provided to seriously injured or ill children resulting in improved outcomes. At Universal CPR Pro Association, our PALS course emphasizes four major concepts. These concepts include the identification and treatment of problems that put children at risk for cardiac arrest a system approach to pediatric assessment use of PALS flowcharts and algorithms and effective resuscitation team dynamics. With our comprehensive training, students will have the opportunity to learn, practice and demonstrate proficiencies in pediatric lifesaving skills.
